Strength & Conditioning Services Offered

NEW 80-MINUTE STRENGTH & CONDITIONING WORKOUTS
Our workouts consist of a complete training session to include the following: warm-up and stretch, speed, agility, injury prevention, performance strength training, cardio conditioning, and a post-stretch every session. 
 
This is the formatting of a properly-designed strength & conditioning program in a high-level athletic development environment. High-Level strength & conditioning coaches touch on key points and keep the workout moving to be as productive as possible in a given time frame.
 
FREE WORKOUT
Any new athlete who is considering joining the sport performance program will have access to 1 FREE WORKOUT. All new athletes are also welcome to one FREE PRO STRETCH. We encourage all new athletes to take advantage of this special offer.

TEAM STRENGTH & SPEED TRAINING
Use this team training option at Athletix Factory to build team chemistry, improve team speed, build strength, and watch your team work as a unit. Our coaches will put your team through a speed & strength workout specific to your team goals and provide motivation to achieve those goals faster.
 
VIDEO ANALYSIS
Our students receive technique and technique comparisons visually through our digital video analysis. Compare technique to Professionals and Olympic athletes.
 
HIT ‘N RUN DAYS
These days are offered to youth in the area in support of providing them an environment where athletic and social skills are developed in a fun, active, and challenging setting. These days usually occur when kids have off-school days.
