Strength & Conditioning Philosophy

Our Strength & Speed development is built around an education-based method of training that will bridge the gap between where you are as an athlete and where you aspire to be. Training must involve movements most comparable to his or her sport while also utilizing the appropriate energy systems involved. It is essential our athletes train at a level above his or her average level of intensity during competition in order to achieve their goal, all while keeping appropriate rest and recovery as top priority. Athleticism can be taught and speed and strength movements are skills that can be improved.
Every Athletix Factory athlete trains with three objectives in mind:
Train Hard This is a combination of work ethic and focus. Teaching a mentality of anything that is worth doing is worth doing with maximum effort.
Train Smart This is based on systematic planning and programming. Training should based around safety, knowledge, and common sense.
Train with a Purpose This is based on athletes setting and achieving goals. Every drill or practice they complete should have a purpose with a goal in mind.
Our certified strength and conditioning coaches believe in testing protocols. Pre-testing and post-testing are done through numerical statistics and video technique comparisons. Every athlete is uploaded in to our video analysis software to make direct comparisons of before and after athleticism as well as to compare their movements against Professionals and Olympians.
