Premier Division & Recruiting

PREMIER DIVISION
The premier division is set in place to provide athletes that possess a level of focus, effort, and goals a higher more intense level of training. Our premier athletes must test into the division. During the test, athletes are tested and must show:
-A commitment to training in all three seasons (out of season, pre-season, and in-seaons.)
-Personal goals that are set higher than those of their peers.
-Internal drive that will benefit from peer competition and peer learning.
RECRUITING

Consulations
If you are interested in playing collegiate athletics, you must be proactive with the recruiting process. The perception that “the college coaches will find me” are false, and the athlete must take control of the process.
Allow our experienced collegiate coaches and players to help get your questions answered and get your family pointed in the right direction. Walk away with a better understanding of the recruiting process and how to begin the search from schools you are interested in that meet you individual goals and family needs. Receive the answers to some of the following topics and more:
-High School course selection to assure readiness for college.
-Choosing a school that fits your academic and athletic needs.
-How to contact the coach, and how often should I expect to hear from them?
-NCAA and NAIA recruiting rules both coaches and players must abide by during the recruiting process.
-Planning visits, what to expect, and what questions should I ask?
-How to apply to the NCAA Clearinghouse.
Skill Video
Create a skill video that will build the coaches interest at the schools you are interested in. Turn 2 knows that some schools recruit solely from videos and some schools use videos as a tool to build their onsite-recruiting schedule. Either way, we will highlight your strengths as a ball players in an efficient and professional recruiting video.
